Help on the Road
Hey all, so if anyone knows where to go, what to do, or if you live in one of these cities and want to hang let me know. I want to see as much as i can in each city i go to. I want to eat the best local food and hang and the best local watering holes. I don't want to eat at jack in the box in Minnesota, well i guess is Hardee's or something there. So if you've been somewhere great to eat and you know me i need to know places that are great to DRINK also, in any of these areas let me know. I don't want to go and have the good stuff and go to the good places. I want to go to the best places and have the best stuff.

My Trip Planned Out
OK All so my room is rented, work is notified and the trip is set and ready to go!!! The following is a rough draft of where I will be on what days and what games I will be attending. Some I have a little time in-between so I can go to one game or another, but most are the ones that are listed. I leave sometime on April 17th to go to Los Angeles. From there
Sunday April 18th Giants @ Dodgers 1:10…..
I stay in town for Monday April 19th Tigers @ Angels 7:05…..
Then down to San Diego Tuesday April 20th Giants @ Padres 7:05…..
I leave for Phoenix Wednesday afternoon for the game Wednesday April 21st Cardinals @ D-dacks…..
Then I leave early Thursday morning for a very long 14 or so hour drive to Arlington, Texas. Ill probably stop somewhere in-between and do the rest of the driving on Friday to get to the game on Friday April 23rd Tigers @ Rangers 7:05….
.Saturday I will get up and drive to Dallas to see where JFK was shot and whatever else they have and then leave and try and make the Saturday April 24th Pirates @ Astros 6:05 if I can’t get there in time I will be there for the Sunday April 25th Pirates @ Astros 1:05…..
Then drive to New Orleans. I’ll be in New Orleans April 25th – 28th…..
Leaving April 28th for Tampa Bay, after another 10 hour or so drive I’ll be in Tampa bay for the Thursday April 29th A’s @ Rays 7:10…..
Then I get up early afternoon and drive to Miami for Friday April 30th Nationals @ Marlins 7:10…..
Spending a night in Miami and I'm guessing getting wasted with all the bikini’d ladies…..Then leaving … well hopefully early Saturday but drunken Miami women and me I just don’t know when ill be able to get out of there. LoL.
Yea anyway it’s another 10 hour drive to Atlanta. Ill probably take my time checking something’s out on the way up. Getting to ATL for Sunday May 2nd Astros @ Braves 1:05…..
Then after the game and probably some dinner, and make my way up to D.C. Gonna take me about 11 hours on that drive. And ill take my time but hopefully get to D.C. Early on May 3rd so I can see our nation’s capital and see all the history. Staying in D.C. seeing all the sights and going to the Tuesday May 4th Braves @ Nationals 7:05……
Waking up and making my way up to Philly for a cheesecake and the Wednesday May 5th Cardinals @ Phillies 7:05…..
Making my way up to NY on Thursday. Chilling out enjoying the city and all it has to offer. Going to the game Friday May 7th Giants @ Mets 7:10…..
Ill make my way up to Boston on May 8th and stay in Boston for a couple days. Going to the game on Sunday May 9th Yankees @ Red Sox 7:05. And spending time going around seeing history and eating a shit ton of food…..
Then running down to Baltimore for a day most likely Thursday May 13th Mariners @ Orioles 12:35…..
Going back to NY for a day for Friday May 14th Twins @ Yankees 7:05…..
Then I start my trek to our attic, Canada. Getting to Toronto sometime Saturday, spending the night and going to the game on Sunday May 16th Rangers @ Blue Jays 1:05. Then spending most likely the rest of the day in Toronto, and probably after some much needed sleep, waking up Monday and hitting the road to Detroit.
It’s a short 4 hour drive so will be easy to get to the game on Monday May 17th White Sox @ Tigers 7:05…..
This is where a little back and forth starts…..After the game in Detroit I need to hit the road fast and get to Cincinnati for the game the next morning Tuesday May 18th Brewers @ Reds 12:35…..
And since there isn’t anything in Cincinnati ill drive to Pittsburgh after the game staying there over night and going to the game Wednesday May 19th Brewers @ Pirates 7:05…..
And again since there isn’t anything I really care to see in Pittsburgh ill hit the road after the game and go to Cleveland. Spending the night in Cleveland ill get up and go to the game Thursday May 20th Royals @ Indians 12:05. And hopefully ill be able to fit in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame after the fame.
Then if I’m up for driving more that day or waiting till Friday and going to Chicago to see the family…..Ill be in Chicago area from May 21st – May 27th. Fitting in the Sunday May 23rd Marlins @ White Sox 1:05, and the Tuesday May 25th Dodgers @ Cubs 7:05…..
Then probably going up to Milwaukee on May 27, chilling with some family. Getting ready for the game Friday May 28th Mets @ Brewers 7:10…..
Ill be on the road late afternoon headed to Minneapolis. Chill out with more family in Minnesotah and going to the Sunday May 30th Rangers @ Twins 7:05…..
Unfortunately can’t stay with family to long because of the 9 hour drive to St. Louis. Can’t wait to get to the top of the Gateway Arch and eat a ton of St. Louis BBQ ribs. Hitting the game up on Tuesday June 1st Reds @ Cardinals 7:05. Then eating and drinking for the rest of the day and night…..
Thursday I wake up very early and drive to the Thursday June 3rd Angels @ Royals 1:10. After the game I will see if there is anything fun to do in Kansas City, Missouri which I think in the question is the answer and that is NO!!!....
.Ill slowly make my way to Denver doing some dumb things and seeing all the corn crops in Kansas and all the mountains in Colorado on my 9 hour drive. Getting to the game on Monday June 7th Astros @ Rockies 6:40.
Then spending another 19 HOURS on my way HOME!!!!! Ill be taking my time not really wanting to do all of it in one day. Ill be stopping in Salt Lake City since it is on the way and finding myself a couple wives while I’m there. Then probably take the last $20 I have left on my trip and try to double it in Reno. HA. Then a small 4 hour trip home and relax before I go back to work.
